The PASC network, led by ALEF, was initiated in 2016 with financial support from the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs (DMFA) and Oxfam.
After its establishment, it received continued support from the Danish International Development Agency (DANIDA)
and the Regional Development and Protection Programme (RDPP II) until 2021.
